Rihanna has teamed up with Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey to donate 4.2 million to domestic violence victims trapped with their abusers. With domestic violence rates skyrocketing their donation through the Clara Lionel Foundation has been gratefully welcomed.

UN Secretary described the domestic violence rates to have surged with gross dynamics due to quarantine. The financial aid, shelter, and counseling in this period of crisis are incredibly important. The grant will aid the victims for 10 weeks and will be distributed via The Mayor’s Fund in Loa Angeles.

Rihanna has also put forth $5 million to help with the global crisis.
