Washington - On July 18, the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents are expected to hold another meeting in Moscow, as both are due to attend an annual horserace sponsored by the Russian president.

On July 20-24, Vice President Joe Biden plans to travel to Ukraine and Georgia.

And in August, Russian premier Vladimir Putin is expected to visit Turkey.
