Yerevan - A fund to fight oncological illnesses in Armenia has opened in Armenia. According to Mediamax, the head of the fund, Professor Armen Muradyan, said that the fund was established to include and involve public organizations in the fight against cancer. Funds raised during a charity auction at a gala presentation that took place at the Golden Palace Hotel in Yerevan on February 16 will go toward repairing and procuring equipment for the children's department of the Oncology Center in the capital city.
